| Holders of Jumbo Passport "Z" series - Sl. No. Z-011811 to Z-012310 and Sl. No. Z-038601 to Z-039600 issued from Consulate General of India, Jeddah are advised to contact Passport Section, Jeddah for replacement of the existing passport at their convenience. The applicant may please bring along duly filled in and signed Passport Application Form (EAP-1), 3 latest passport size photographs, copy of the present passport, copy of the resident permit (Iqama) and original passport. the replacement booklet would be issued free of charge. For further enquiry, individuals are at liberty to contact Consul (Consular) during office hours, if wish so.
